The name is a combination of Mohan and Deepa, my father and mother. By blending their names, Mohdeep stands as a lasting tribute to their love, strength, and the values they instilled in me.

MEET
Chef Alicia Joseph is a dynamic culinary leader with over 15 years of professional experience and a deep-rooted passion for global flavors. Originally hailing from the twin island of Antigua and Barbuda Alicia’s journey began in the heart of the Caribbean, where food was more than just sustenance—it was a celebration of culture, tradition, and family. Inspired by the rich blend of spices, textures, and techniques that define Caribbean cuisine, she chose to pursue her passion at a culinary school within the region. There, Alicia trained in classical techniques while mastering local and international dishes, building a strong foundation that would serve her well across borders. After graduating with honors, she expanded her expertise by working in diverse kitchens across the Caribbean and North America. Her ability to adapt and innovate has made her well-versed in a wide range of global cuisines—including French, Italian, Mediterranean and contemporary fusion—while staying true to her Caribbean roots.
